Users faced friction and confusion in certain product flows within MOYA Cascade. The challenge was to identify usability issues and design clearer, more intuitive solutions while working within existing product constraints.

  • Collaborated with the software engineer who was in charge of the MOYA Cascade development

  • Reviewed current product screens and flows

  • Identified areas of confusion, redundancy, and inconsistency

  • Documented usability issues and opportunities for improvement

I created wireframes based on the usability review because it will be easier to know what pages I can put for the hi fidelity designs

Translated the wireframes into high-fidelity designs to communicate this with the stakeholders

Outcomes And Impact

Although the designs have not yet been implemented, this work:

  • Clarified key usability issues within existing product flows

  • Provided a concrete design direction for future discussions

  • Enabled more informed conversations around product flow decisions

  • Created implementation-ready designs for future prioritization

Implementation Status

At the time of this case study, the designs had not been implemented due to ongoing discussions around user flows and shifting product priorities. The work serves as a foundation for future product improvements.
